Types of Data collected

The Personal Information collected by this Application, either independently or through third parties, includes: Name, Surname, Phone Number, Company Name, Address, Country, Province, Email, ZIP/Post Code, Usage Data and Cookies.

Other Personal Data collected may be listed in other sections of this privacy policy or other notices displayed at the time of Data collection itself. 
Personal Data may be freely entered by the User or collected automatically during use of the Application.
Any use of Cookies – or other tracking tools – by the Application or owners of third party services used by the Application, unless otherwise stated, are aimed at identifying the User and recording his/her preferences for purposes strictly related to the provision of the services requested.
If the User does not communicate certain types of Personal Data, the Application might be unable to provide its services.

The User assumes the responsibilities for Personal Data of third parties published or shared by the Application, and guarantees that he/she has the right to disclose or disseminate such, releasing the Controller from any liability to third parties.

Processing methods

The Data Controller processes Users’ Personal Data using suitable security tools to protect against the unauthorised access, distribution, modification, or destruction of Personal Data.
The processing is carried out using IT tools and/or computer telecommunications, within organisational procedures and on the basis of principles strictly related and limited to the purposes stated. In addition to the Data Controller, in certain cases other parties involved in the organisation of the site may have access to the Data (administrative, sales, legal staff and system administrators) or appointed external categories (such as third-party technical service providers, mail couriers, hosting providers, IT companies and communication agencies) which can, if necessary, be appointed by the Data Controller to handle the Personal Data. The updated list of Data Processors can be requested from the Data Controller.

Times

Data are processed for the time period necessary to provide the User with services, or for the time required for the purposes described in this document, and the User can always request that processing is discontinued or the data are deleted.

The User’s data are collected to allow the Data Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Contacting the User, Displaying content from external platforms and Statistics.

Contact Forms

The User, by filling in the contact form with his/her Data, consents to their use in order to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other category indicated in the header of the form.

Personal data collected: Name, Surname, Email, Telephone number and Business name.

The services in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and are used to keep track of User behaviour.

Google Analytics (Google)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and analyse the use of this Application, creating reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use Personal Data to contextualise and customise the ads on its own advertising network.

Personal data collected: Cookies and Usage Data.

These services allow you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application, and to interact with them.
If a service of this type is installed, then it is possible that it will still collect traffic data related to the pages on which it is installed, even if Users do not use that service.

Legal defence

The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller for defence in court or in the stages leading up to possible legal action, against improper use by the User of the data or related services.
The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose information if requested by public authorities.

Upon User request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide Users with additional and contextual information about specific services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.

System log and maintenance

This Application and any third-party services used by it may collect system Logs, which are files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User IP address, for operational and maintenance purposes.

Further information from the Data Controller may be requested at any time in relation to the processing of Personal Data using the contact information.

Exercise of rights by Users

The subjects providing the Personal Data have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of their existence from the Data Controller, to learn their content and origin, check their accuracy or request their integration, deletion, updating, correction, conversion into anonymous form or block any Personal Data in violation of the law, as well as oppose the processing, in any case, for legitimate reasons. Such requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.

This Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests. To find out whether any third-party services used support them, please consult their privacy policy.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time and publish the changes on this page to inform Users. Therefore, please check this page frequently, taking as reference the “last updated” date shown at the bottom. In case of non acceptance of any changes to this Privacy Policy, Users are required to stop using this Application and may request that the Data Controller deletes their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to be applicable to Personal Data collected up to that point.
